All maternity sessions are shot outside 1 - 2 hours before sunset or the hour following sunrise for morning sessions. This time schedule is built to give you the best golden light for your images. If it is extremely cloudy the time can move up a little! All sessions have the option to reschedule to my next open sunny date if it is too cloudy/ bad weather/illness.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

purchase of the session is seen as an act of agreement to terms and conditions

CANCELATIONS: PLEASE CANCEL IF YOU ARE SICK. Any child or adult with a present visible illness will be asked to leave their session, to protect the next client. No exceptions. If the Client shall cancel this Agreement, the session fee will be honored as a credit for the remaining months of 2023-2024, after which the client forfeits their payment to Luminosity studio if they do not re-book their session. no call, no show= forfeit of payment to luminosity studio. Due to illness, fire, or acts of God Luminosity Studio reserves the right to postpone your session as the studio sees fit. Payments made for a canceled session will be applied as a credit toward Luminosity Studio Services. Cancelations are not eligible for monetary refunds.

RESCHEDULE: In the event that the Client needs to re-schedule a session, notice must be given prior to the scheduled time and must be rescheduled before the end of 2024. Due to the high demand for black Friday sessions and limited slots Luminosity studio does not offer monetary refunds for session reschedules. You may use your payment as a credit towards a new rescheduled session date as dates become available.

COVID: if Indiana shuts down business due to COVID-19, fire, or acts of God your payment will be applied towards future services. Likewise, if I am contact traced or test positive for COVID these sessions will be rescheduled, not canceled. Please be sure to reschedule if you have been exposed to COVID-19, RSV, or FLU.

COOPERATION: The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. luminosity studio is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during the session, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Luminosity Studio Photography. (I'm a reasonable person if your kiddo totally melts down we will reschedule, kids have their own agenda lol)

LIABILITY: The client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Photographer and its affiliates for any injury, property damage, liability, claim, illness, or other cause of action arising out of or related to Services and/or product(s) Luminosity studio provides to Client.

IMAGES: Due to the nature of this business there are no refunds upon downloading your images through the online gallery.
All final images will be archived for 5 weeks and then purged. Please back up your files as it is unlikely that Luminosity studio will be able to give you extra copies after 5 weeks from your session date.
