First off—congrats, parents! You made it through year one, fueled by caffeine, patience, and so much love. That deserves a celebration, and I’m here to capture every messy, adorable, and joy-filled second of it.

These sessions are all about your baby’s personality—from big belly laughs to curious little fingers. And yes, there’s always time for a few sweet family photos, too.

Includes small set of family images to kick things off
3 adorable outfit changes for your little one
40+ high-resolution digital images
Print release so you can create keepsakes wherever you like
A downloadable and shareable online gallery (available for 5 weeks)
Sessions last up to an hour, but we’ll wrap things up sooner if your little star has had their fill of fun!

🎂 Cake or Alternatives:
Bring your own cake (or cake alternative) for food safety reasons. Not into cake? No problem! Think donuts, pancakes, pasta, or even an avocado smash—whatever makes your baby light up.

☁ Rescheduling and Weather:
Life happens—whether it’s illness or unpredictable Indiana weather. If something comes up, we’ll reschedule your session to a new date that works for you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a session, you agree to the terms below:

Cancellations:
If you or your family are sick, or having a rough day please reschedule! I just ask that you try to give a 24 hour notice if possible. No-call, no-shows forfeit their payment.
In the event of illness, fire, or acts of God, Luminosity Studio reserves the right to reschedule your session.

Reschedules:
Sessions may be rescheduled for illness schedule conflicts etc up to 24 hours in advance. Black Friday sessions are non-refundable. Payments will remain as credit toward a future date if rescheduled beyond 2025. Due to the high demand for black Friday sessions and limited slots Luminosity studio does not offer monetary refunds for session reschedules/ cancellations. You may use your payment as a credit towards a new rescheduled session date as dates become available.

COOPERATION: The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. luminosity studio is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during the session, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Luminosity Studio Photography.

(Note: I'm a reasonable person if your kiddo totally melts down we will reschedule, kids have their own agenda lol)

Liability:
The client (you) agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Photographer and its affiliates for any injury, property damage, liability, claim, illness, or other cause of action arising out of or related to Services and/or product(s) Luminosity studio provides to Client.

Images:
Due to the nature of this business there are no refunds upon downloading your images through the online gallery. All final images will be archived for 5 weeks and then purged. Please back up your files as it is unlikely that Luminosity studio will be able to give you extra copies after 5 weeks from your session date.
